+ Where are your services offered?

We service the Greater Montreal area, which include the North Shore and the South Shore.

+ What are your hours of operation?

We are here for you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

+ Are your employees trustworthy and skilled?

Yes, each employee is thoroughly interviewed and has gone through a background check. Before an employee is left alone to carry out a service, they are trained for a minimum of 2 weeks.

+ Are cleaning supplies included?

Yes, we provide the cleaning supplies. If you would like us to supply toilet paper, hand paper and garbage bags, please let us know. We also have customers who would rather get their supplies. This will all be discussed when we set up a meeting.

+ How many individuals will be coming in to provide cleaning or disinfecting services for my facility?

Depending on the size of your facilities we will send the appropriate amount of cleaners.

+ Are you insured?

Yes, our company and employees are fully insured.

+ Can I request your services for a one-time occassion?

Of course! You can contact us to book your appointment.

+ When will I be billed?

This would depend on the type of service you request and the frequency. If it is a one time service you will receive the invoice the day of. As for a repetitive service, you will receive the invoice monthly or weekly.

+ What if I’m not happy?
